Labour only: I bring tools, skill and labour. Materials are supplied by you or delivered directly to the property — I don't purchase or transport materials myself.
Contract first: Before work starts, we sign a simple written agreement listing exactly what will be done, the finish standard, colours, details, and the price — agreed together, in advance.
Payment terms: Once the work matches what's in the contract, payment is due in full immediately. Unpaid amounts outside agreed terms will be pursued through the small claims process.

No — this is a labour-only service. You supply materials, or have them delivered directly to the property, and I provide the tools and skilled labour to fit them.
What paint do you use for decorating?
Where I'm asked to recommend or apply paint, I use low-odour, VOC-free paint. It has little to no smell, is a safer choice around electrical work, and is gentler for anyone with allergies or breathing sensitivities. It also dries fast, which helps rooms and properties get back in use quickly — handy for landlords and letting agents turning a property around between tenants.
How quickly can you visit for a quote?
I usually aim to visit within 48 hours of your call to look at the job and agree details in writing.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — Pro APEX is a fully insured Ltd company, and all electrical work is carried out to 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Do you do gas or air conditioning work?
No, these fall outside my qualifications. I can recommend trusted Gas Safe and F-Gas registered specialists if you need either.
What if I'm not happy with the finished work?
All work is guaranteed for 12 months. If something doesn't match what we agreed in writing, I'll come back and fix it at no extra cost.
